Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I’d like my current one updated to reflect a more modern look. I mostly just use the letters H and Q and ideally would love to just use those but feel like the entire business name needs to be used in the title so people know what we do. I also had the vision once that if I were to have more than one shop I would brand them like the symbol of water (ie: HQ*) I hope I’m making sense here. Open to suggestion really. I have an aversion to fonts like Iike I do Art Deco building design so happy to explore new styles. I've added some styles I like below. I'm also wanting some labels for bottled water when this is done so the style needs to be compact and simplistic also.
