Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for a logo for my new company, based in Toronto, Canada. The name of the company is "Viva V Consulting" (the "V" stands for vegan). My goal is to work with the food industry (not necessarily just vegan companies, ideally non vegan companies to help them embrace veganism) - manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, distributors, retailers, etc. - in the Toronto/Ontario market to help them grow their business by embracing vegan products; the ultimate goal is to work to create more vegan products for consumers to buy in the grocery store. The look I'm going for is classic, clean, timeless; I've included a PDF file which has some ideas. Admittedly I am no designer, so I am very excited to see what you come up with! Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it.

Font:
• Maybe all caps
• Simple, clean, classic, confident, clear (somewhat minimalist)
• Typewriter fonts (?)


Style:
• Like the circle idea with the lines interrupted by the words viva on top and consulting on the bottom with the V in the middle
• Seeming to prefer all caps
• Maybe have a leaf accent in the V
• May or may not include a slogan: Convenience, Price, Taste & Values (perhaps the V in values can be different colour and/or font)
• have the word viva in various languages in light/watermark font behind the V

Colour:
• Open to suggestions, though I am leaning towards black & white
• Kind of like Just Mayo, have a light brown background with white lettering, but the V is a light green
• Earthy green background with brown (or black) letters/words and a white V
