T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

A group of training buddies want a 'team t-shirt' to wear when competing in the 2014 Crossfit Open.

The group are known as "Nira's Ninjas" and so this name needs to be incorporated into the design.
In terms of a rough idea of what we're looking for - we're thinking a "ripped" ninja performing one of the many varied Crossfit movements - basically a ninja doing something that is recognisably Crossfit.
(Just search google images for 'Crossfit' and you'll get an idea of what I'm on about!)
We want a sense of strength, power, agility, endurance,... that sort of thing.

Ideally we were thinking a big logo on the back incorporating the group name as well as our individual name with perhaps a scaled down version of the logo on the front.
Although this is just a thought. Happy to see your interpretations!

T-shirts will be black so it needs to be able to work on black.
Suggested accent colours might be red and/or yellow. But again, just suggestions.

It needs to work on both t-shirts and girls' singlets.

The attached file is something we like that another Crossfit gym uses and has the right sort of 'feel' for us.

• The design must include a ninja performing an exercise that is recognisably Crossfit. The design must incorporate the name "Nira's Ninjas". It must be able to incorporate each athlete's name. It must work on a black shirt. And on a t-shirt as well as a girls' singlet.

• Potentially should use red and/or yellow as the accent colours.
