Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for help designing a logo for our real estate team in the Bay Area. We sell residential real estate in Piedmont, Oakland, and Berkeley, and our clients are generally sophisticated.

In terms of style, taste, typecast, etc. I would like the logo to be timeless, not trendy, but we do not want it to be old-fashioned. I am attaching a document with a few logo designs that caught my eye.

I would like the words - "Cooper + Cooper", and "Real Estate", somewhere in the logo. I would also like a design/monogram with our initials, J and K, somewhere in the logo. As far as symbols, they are not required, but if you would like to use one, the two that came to mind are a door or roof (symbolizing home/real estate).
