We need a logo design for a blog/website, email marketing, social media and content headings. See below to learn more about the intent of the blog and the intended audience.

" Unleashing the Middle is an online source of solutions, empathy and reason for the squeezed and often underestimated middle manager's  These warriors turn business strategies into a daily reality.  The major academic publishers, business periodicals and mainstream blogs all tend to focus on the C- Suite despite the thriving population of middle managers that typically outnumber the executives by a ratio 20 or 30 to 1. 

Living in this environment, I regularly observe that there is lack of meaningful business support and solutions needed by this middle layer of the organization.  Any insight and hope that can be gleaned from a seemingly endless barrage of business jargon and employee drama is often a welcome respite.

These brave men and women deal of the front line feel the pressure to get results from the top and the backlash of disgruntled employees from the bottom.  They are the champions of the business who execute business strategies, communicate to the masses, translate "motherhood and apple pie campaigns" into meaningful tasks, manage change, smooth the work, care for the employees, stabilize the chaos, get the job done (often without adequate resources), prioritize the challenges, and most importantly, ensuring the customer is delighted.

This forum is a fountain of hope for these “saints".  Maybe even a few C-Suite executives will pause and take notice to what these folks are doing for them. Filled with helpful hints and how to's, inspirational stories, reflections of the day, humorous anecdotes and serious dilemmas.  In many ways Unleashing the Middle will yield the “Manifesto of the Middle Manager," a collection of demands from the these important cogs in the corporate machine. "
