Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new company based in South Texas called Falcon Engineering & Project Consulting. We provide project management services and industrial products for the energy industry. I am open to color scheme. The attached images are representative of the type of falcon I envision the logo to include. Additionally, I wish the falcons face to be angled to the left (if possible), i.e., a left facing profile of the falcons face. I also want to emphasize that I would like the falcon to also be wearing the hat, which is represented in the attachments.
