Create a logo for my new company called FormLogic. Form logic will provide a online form designer tool that allows users to create their own forms with their own brand. The form has contextual questioning and will have a workflow component allowing the form to be filled out by both the customer and the company at the same time.

• Logo must have an icon and the words. It must be modern design and look business related.
• Icon must be to the left of the FormLogic title

• I'm open to something that shows the logic and a form. I want something unique.

Sollte nicht haben

• Please dont present logo with a head or a lightbulb. This is too common feature these days. I don't want something that is childlike or a gimmick, it needs to be professional look, sharp and clean.
