Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hello, I need PSD files to give to my programmer for the creation of my new website. The website is for BLU district, a new clothing company based in Chicago, IL. We sell womens, mens and kids fashion. We specialize in jackets, outerwear and sweaters, but we sell clothing from every category, I have someone working on the logo, so I can't include it for reference. However, I have included 2 reference sites as well as a PDF of how the 2 reference sites could be merged together. The main company color should be blue (hence the name BLU district), and the overall feel of the site should be FUN. It should communicate: This is where you want to shop if you want a FUN, HAPPY experience. I need the Home Page file designed very quickly. Whoever is awarded this job will immediately continue working with me to design the other 8 pages. I will pay for all pages. The amount I am offering is for this one page only, and I will pay you additional to design all other 8 pages. Thank you for your time and I will be picking the best design so that we can immediately build a great relationship and work through the rest of the project.
