Hi Designers,

Please stop asking the customer to guarantee their project. Most of them need a reason to guarantee and (in this current project) 1 design is not enough to convince the customer to waive all rights to a refund.

If you participate, take the time, send in one design, it might just be the design that convinces the customer to guarantee the project.
