You want design in psd or coded web page ?

2 coded web pages would be preferred to utilise any plugin ideas etc but a psd design with comments/ideas would also be welcome if a designer was not comfortable with coding pages.

Hello Rahman, yes we would prefer a more fluid/adaptive design (responsive), and if the design saves us from adapting the site to also include a mobile version then that is a bonus to the submitted project.
