I am A local real estate investor in the highly competitive single family homes market of Austin,Tx.for fix and flipping My company uses several nontraditional and creative solutions for helping home owners sell their faster for cash with a closing date of their choice and helps them save thousands of dollars in having to pay real estate commissions and fees.My idea for the front of the postcard is to show the home owner what they could do with all the money they'll save by selling their home with us.I want a background picture on the front of taking a vacation with the money they'll save, or down payment on a new car on the back or even just a pile of cash they'll save to do whatever they like with.
