Our firm has been in business for 12 years and as such find that our logo has become aged, stale and not relevant to the times. Therefore, we are looking at having our construction management firm rebranded.

We pride ourselves on doing things proper. We are not like the masses. We are genuine when it comes to our committed to a successful project. We include the owner. We find that collaboration is one of the best means of execution. By that I don’t mean that the owner has a huge onus on project execution, it just means they have an integral part in the successful fruition of said project. By including them, we feel like the results are better and the relationships stronger – which leads to repeat business.
Another means by which we are differ from others are that we do not go out for pricing to the masses. We stick to the list of trusted trades we have assembled and worked with over the years. Most of which have been with us since day one. One can only achieve this level of relationship by being fair and keeping them profitable (safe and except mistakes they make which we hold them accountable for). Our level of customer service and commitment is shared with those same trades. Having been in the trenches together for so many years, it has become second nature for them as to how we (Centrecon Inc.) want things done. Part and parcel of our culture – we’ve ensured it has trickled onto our service providers as well. Doing so enables us to achieve better performance and accuracy, thus minimizing additional costs, mistakes or delays.
Occupied space renovations; these types of renovations are typically frowned upon by most and not successfully completed by many. We on the other hand have been blessed to have become very successful with them. In fact, we have a reputation as being known to deliver under strenuous circumstances.
All of our work is negotiated, construction management or design build. All three have similarities, the major one being that all project financials are essentially negotiated and not hard tendered. We moved to these means of acquiring work two years ago and we haven’t looked back since. Equally our work is either repeat business or referred. We have worked hard to earn our clients’ trust and respect and will continue to do so in order to ensure we always remain at the head of the pack. That said, we are not nor will we ever be complacent. We are leaders.
Lastly, our mission statement is: Centrecon Inc. is a leader in providing value-added construction services to our clients by creating a collaborative partnership with them throughout the construction process. Our pledge is to establish lasting relationships with our clients by exceeding their expectations and gaining their trust through exceptional performance.
I want a logo that defines our company to our clients and potential clients. Quality they can trust. And that quality comes in many ways - all of them listed or mentioned above.

P.P.S. I am not bent on seeing the "Inc." in the logo. We are recognized and know as Centrecon. The "Inc." is merely the legal name in which we've been incorporated.
