Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Need a sleek modern logo for our consulting firm "SAMI" - Sustainable Asset Management international. We are looking for an upwards arrow incorporated into the logo - ideally in the S so the S can be used by itself.
Must look corporate but "friendly" - think modern / classic / designer / masculine.
Colours include black, white, blue and green - but should look "architectural" and sophisticated - not poppy or cheesy. Happy to have a little bit of fun in the logo as long as it doesn't come across as dated or stuffy trying to hard!
Looking to come across as a cutting-edge sustainable consultancy firm so attached are examples - ideally would have a lockup with the logo by itself then with the word SAMI - Sustainable Asset Management international

Business themes that might be useful to design:
Sustainable used of water and energy in cities, industry and agriculture.
Cities which are less depending on cars and self-sufficient in water.
Community-led management of infrastrucutre.
