Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for a product my company is building. The product is called Harpoon and it is described on our website at the link: http://www.eligotech.com/big-data-solutions/harpoon/.
Very briefly it is a Business intelligence product build for handling very high volumes of data. One peculiarity is that this tool is able to perform Data Discovery.

The logo should not have any "violent" characteristic, even if the harpoon is a weapon in the common sense of the word. Our product is use to catch the data and discover its value.

I would like the new logo to be much more stylish, cool, modern that the one that is there (that red laser gun/harpoon).
The logo has to be aligned to our company identity (visible in the website)
