Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Design a logo for a digital print company. Sample of our old 2 color logo with a registration mark in place of the O in Crotare. I would like to update the look of the logo to reflect the multiple colors achievable with digital printing and have included a sample of a circular color image that I would like to incorporate something similar though not identical to the sample in our new logo with perhaps some type of registration mark as well. The logo should be able to stand out on both a black or white background.
The main wording is Crotare with printing limited as a sub title
