Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for a store in Canberra, Australia, called 'Wollemi Ethical Store & Cafe, selling books, homewares, clothing and shoes, cleaning products, skincare and cosmetics, accessories, with a vegan/vegetarian cafe. The store will host events and have a strong social media presence about ethical decision-making. The Wollemi Pine tree is one of the oldest plants in the world and was growing commonly in Australia 40 million years ago at the time of the dinosaurs. It was thought to be extinct – only existing in the fossil record – but was discovered in the 90s in the Wollemi National Park. Since then, there’s been an effort to preserve it in the wild, which is funded by the sale of seedlings to the public. They can be grown in pots. Wollemi is an Aboriginal word meaning ‘Keep your eyes open’. I've considered using the pine tree (see attached photo or google it)in the logo but also an eye in the style of Australian novelist and artist, Barbara Hanrahan, see attached screenshot. But I'm open to other ideas.
