Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for my recruiting company. My company is starting in the Kansas City Metropolitan area but we will be going national within a few years. My company uses data mining and social media networking to recruit technicians/mechanics to staff all lines of new car dealerships. This design should be attractive to technicians and car dealerships. I want the logo to focus on not just the automotive aspect of the business but also the "intellect" aspect as mechanics and technicians in today's world don't just use wrenches to work on cars. Cars are highly computerized and technicians are highly trained in this technology. In order to attract the technician, I want to relay that we know that they are highly trained and respected.
