i read the guidelines in the web-page of your Attached PDF.

My question is : What program can i use to create the icons ?

i am asking cause the dimensions are not so big 67px*67px (the ones that i saw in the guidelines).

Can i make them in Photoshop instead of Illustrator? ,
At 512px*512px or 1024px*1024px and then rescale them
down as 67px*67px (the biggest that i saw in the guidelines).

I am concerned I'll get too little design options and will be forced to choose one that I don't want.
If I receive at least one design option I find acceptable I'll upgrade the project to guaranteed.

Hi Sahar,

I tried explaining in my previous comment. If at least one design is done based on specs I will select it.
If however, I receive 2-3 poor proposals (as has happened to me once before, on another site). I want to retain the option of refusing them.

when i click on the submit button than it returns to the login form so tell me how can i submit icon design project
