Verpackungs-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a 8 month old business called InspireBookBox and currently produce a little, bigger and many hands box for our clientel. We are all about creating high quality family time while learning a love of reading and books. Our box design has been very popular and loved. Now we want to take it to the next level. We are looking for creates designers who like to think out of box (haha) and create creative designs. First impression count, our box is that first impression and it’s so important to us. We want our clients to be excited by the outside before they even open it.

The details
Our Box Size - 340x280x95mm (external dimension of the box once made up). This is a dye cut box, so the current graphic is not accurate to the box design. See a photo for a real sample.
The current design – We don’t want to change a lot. We want to keep to a single colour. Our current boxes are a true green. We are open to a change in colour, but the green works well so it’s up to you. *note the box height has increased from 80mm to 95mm.

The front (main canvas) – This can pretty much stay the same unless you think you’ve got something even better. 3 of the current sides can stay the same aswell (facebook, Instagram and website).

Where we need your help – As you’ll see from the photo, we are missing a side. This was a design flaw when it went from a box to a dye cut box. The very front edge panel is blank and it’s a great opportunity to do something amazing. Please, do something amazing! We are totally open minded here. Some ideas ‘may’ be more of an illustration…. Something organic, tree’s? reading? Family? A front door with our box arriving? It’s open ended.

The side reading “inspiring young minds”, It’s time to change it. We want to change this to “Read, Create, Play”. With 3 clipart (or illustration) type picture that represent these words. Try to make it flow with the current design.

The inside – the difference this time is that we are going to print on both sides. We now have a whole new canvas to inspire our readers. That said our focus is just to put something great on the main inside panel. So this is 340x280 in side. Mainly graphical, something inspiring.
