Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for my business The Grind to Greatness. My company is developing a motivational brand that appeals to both women and men. I want the logo to be something that will look great on workout clothes in the future. The concept of my business is that there's a lot of grind and hard work that comes before greatness. I envision the word "grind" and "greatness" having different font than the words "The" and "to" I've attached a mock-up that I created (I have no skills as you can tell) that gives an idea of what I'm looking for. I want to be able to use this font on all of my branding content. As for an icon that goes with the logo, I'm envisioning maybe a mountain (or even triangle if it's a minimalist look) since it embodies the idea of climbing to the top. I want the text in a solid color and I like something close to royal blue, grey, for the icon. I added a picture of the circle and mountain as an example. It would be cool to turn the circle into a "G" with the mountains.
