Hi, I only Inform you the first selected logo is a copied logo. healthplusutah.com logo.
Then I have sent a message saying Please do a deep google search before approving the new logo.
You didn't do that. this logo is a free logo available in fotolia.com.

Designcrowd is unable to check each and every winning design as it is the designers and the clients responsibility to provide and purchase an original design. to avoid future legal issues.
So better you can reopen the project. you will get fresh designs.not copied logos.
