Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a simple logo for a new cosmetology school. The school is called
MoCo Salon Adademy.
It is in a new and growing area and the other schools are over an hour away and extremely dated. I am opening a school that people can be proud they attended. Not something stuck in the 80's.
I like simple, modern, with just a little bit of cute. I don't want it too girly, because I'd like guys to not be embarrassed to have it on a t-shirt.
Looking for only black and white. I tried to make an example that I uploaded here.
