Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a vacation rental home in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin called Maple Park Manor. We are not a property management company - just owners of a single home so we don't need a stiff "corporate" look. It's a Victorian home built in 1894 in a National Historic District. Would like to use the logo for advertising as well as on items within the home. Intent is to give the customer a sense of a relaxing stay in a beautiful lake community. The house is very historic with original woodwork, vintage fixtures and classic Victorian design. Target customers are small groups, families with the financial means to afford an upscale vacation home rental. The community is known for being a destination for wealthy Chicago business people in the late 1800s and early 1900s. The lake, downtown shopping, bakeries, bars, restaurants, movie theaters, beach, boat rentals, nature walk and more are walking distance from the home. Plenty of parking in a very busy area
