Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We have launched a new product called "Polaris" which is the first eye-safe entertainment laser system of its kind in the world. We named it Polaris because it would be the brightest laser in anyone's rig with power beams wrapping around every audience member - instead of lasers always having to be kept way high in the air.

To date, we have simply been using the font "Venus Rising" in lower case text for Polaris - which is a much too simple look at such a cool product. Here is a quick video of Polaris in action:

What we are looking for is a logo which captures the coolness of the product. Modern, sleek and engaging are the key words here. We need a logo to brand the product that is worthy of the ground breaking nature of the system.

The logo should at least use the word "Polaris" with a trademark ™. If you wish, please also include the tag line "Legal. Safe. Crowd Scanning."

We don't want to impose too many rules on the design so your creativity can shine. Thanks!

Hello everyone! I wanted to extend our thanks for the many excellent submissions. We have gotten several that we like enough to mark the project as confirmed with a guaranteed payment. We will be sending some feedback to designers over the next few days and would love to see more concepts. We have not found "it" just yet, but appreciate the creativity and awesome work.

Hello everyone!

Thanks for all of the wonderful submissions, we are still working through them. For those who may be yet to submit or are resubmitting, the most constant piece of feedback we are giving is that some logos feel very corporate. We are not a law firm, consulting group or drug manufacturer - we make awesome lasers for nightclubs, concerts and the world's biggest musical act tours. We are looking for something that makes a bold statement (not necessary in a bold typeface) and is dramatic. We have gotten some submissions that look very analog or cartoony, or use a bubble letter typography. That is not quite what we are going for. Professional & clean, yes, but technological and dramatic. Polaris with a little icon of a star next to it is not going to get the job done here. 

We have a number of excellent submissions and will be working with designers to revise to try and find "it." Please feel free to continue submitting and we will keep working through!
