Hello Helene, I want a totally new logo that shows in a symbol Latin America and on one side or below says "Business Development in Latin America"

Hello to all the designers, first I want to apologize for not saying this befor but I am new to this platform.
I would like to have a totally new designe, please disrigard my original logo, I want something new that represents Latin America in a symbol with the "Business Development in Latin America" message at one side or below the symbol. please feel free to improvise and excersice your creativity.
