NOTE: DO NOT COPY OUR CURRENT BROCHURE DESIGN, WE DON'T LIKE IT AND LOOKING FOR SOMETHING NEW.

I am in charge of marketing at Builderz Warehouse. I need create a new self-mailer brochure with our products.

Brief introduction:
• We are wholesaler specializing in home hardware and building supplies. We sell high-end products at better prices.
• Here's some of the items we sell: Bathtub Sales, Faucet Sales, Range Hood
Sales, Shower Sales, Sink Sales, Toilet Sales, Tile Sales, Kitchen supply
sales, Bathroom Supply Sales, Vanities, Lighting, Door Hardware, Mouldings etc.
• Areas Served: Greater Phoenix Area. We are trying to target local businesses in the Phoenix area. Our zip code is 85040.

We would like to create a new self-mailer brochure, that is going to
list our products. The current self-mailer brochure we have is not as organized as we need it to be. We need to make it well-organized and more efficient for our potential customers. I'm attaching our current self-mailer brochure as a reference, Please see the current self-mailer brochure to get an idea of what we need exactly, it will help you to come up with a better concept of putting it all together.

• On the first page, we'd like to include all the essential information about us, and our products- our logo and address, the discounts we provide, and the variety of products that we offer.
• On the other pages, we'd like to list our products with images and descriptions, just like in the current brochure.
• Please make it look appealing to the customer, start the listing with vanities/faucets/surfaces etc.
• You could include the "compare prices" section, just like in current brochure, but only on the first page, instead of every item (Our competitor is Lowe, you can find it in the current brochure)
• We're open to suggestions, so please advise on the design (Simple clean lines, high-end, luxury theme would work best)
• Also, it is important to include all the necessary requirements for a self-mailer so we meet the required specification (you can find the requirements online)
