What kind of photo (if any) would you want for the cover? I woman, a child, family, etc. Or do you just want the photos you provided without a main image. Let me know. Thank you

I just want to use the image with the teeth for the main cover image. That image should be the entire background

The images you provided aren't large enough in resolution to be able to use for a printed piece. Are you open to possibly purchasing a low cost stock photo? Or do you have any other photos that are larger in file size?

I see that you added an additional image. Do you want all three images on the front now? Is there a caption for the third? Thanks!

No, Just 2 images.  I added the new image of teeth in case you needed a higher resolution image.
