Buchumschlag Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a book cover design for a book that I am writing, called "30 Days and 30 Years: The Sprint and Marathon of Achieving Breakthrough Performance".

I have attached the Table of Contents and the first Introduction Chapter of the book, to provide more context on what the book is about.

The stories in the book primarily rely on my experience of running AirAsia X, a long-haul low-cost airline. I use "sprint and marathon" because I'm a marathon runner and ironman triathlete, and its part of my identity.

I would love a design that captures a stylized combination of an aircraft taking off, and a person running. I have attached a photo of an AirAsia X Airbus A330 aircraft (its different from AirAsia planes because of the "X" paint strokes on the tail of the plane. Ideally, if a stylized version of the X appears on the tail, that would be great, but without the "AirAsia" text.

Generally, the cover should convey "speed", and "curiosity".
