Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am opening a Chiropractic office and need a logo. I am going to have an open layout of the office with an active feel to the atmosphere. I need a logo that encompasses Chiropractic, the location and and active type of care.
The mission statement of my practice is "to provide the people of East Dallas and surrounding areas a service that will help patients achieve and maintain their highest potential for health."
I would like that logo to be simple, but not generic. It should be able to be seen and recognized for what it is.
The location is in East Dallas, TX in a shopping outlet called Casa Linda. The website for the plaza is www.casalindaplaza.com. This should give you a good idea of the environment around the future office. I am looking for something that also catches the eye, but is not too in your face. I will be open to ideas so lets see what we get.
