WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We have an established co-working space in Aalborg Denmark where we have around 30 companies sharing office space. We are starting a new chapter for us and would like to have a new graphical image - new logo and new webpage, but keep the same name. The webpage should be professional, but also "fun", not too serious. We are all about working hard on our companies, but also taking some time off in between and being social and having fun. We are not corporate, but want to project the image that we are serious about what we do.

We currently have a black/red logo (see www.startupworks.dk or test.startupworks.dk), but are interesting in having a new logo design, so colour can be chosen freely. Currently our logo is a big STARTUP and a little works underneath the STARTUP. The new logo will be one word "startupworks" with a small logo before or on top.

If we can make a good webpage for this project, then I have a second more simple project which is also a small single page wordpress site which I would also like to have made.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Wordpress CMS.
• Mobile and PC optimized
• 2 languages - English and Danish
• Four sections, could be four pages, or four sections of a single page.
• "Home", "Residents", "Our Working Space", "Our Event Space"
• Footer of page or pages should have contact information.
• "Home" has some information about who we are and what we do
• "Residents" has a list of all our residents - it should be possible to easily add and removed new / old residents - See one example here: http://test.startupworks.dk/en_GB/beboere/ or another example here: http://www.startupworks.dk/beboere/ - one of our colleagues http://foundershouse.dk/startups/ or another one of our colleagues http://www.rainmakingloft.dk/residents/
• "Our working space" will have a description of our building, a map of where it is and a bunch of photos which show the different offices, meeting rooms and people working

• Our current webpage - www.startupworks.dk was put together very quickly and has not really been optimized. We started a new webpage test.startupworks.dk, but it was never really finished.
