Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a flat, minimalist, stylized logo design for our new business, Tree of Life Guild. Our working tag line (not to be included in the logo) is: "Arts and services rooted in perennial wisdom"--hence the "tree of life" motif.

We'd like a black-and-white transparent design, or one that includes some dark rich green-blue, like #003333, but which would also look good in B/W print projects. We'd like it to read "Tree of LIfe Guild" and include a stylized tree with branches/leaves above and roots below-ground.. (I will include some examples of "tree of life" images we've played with, but want something cleaner, simpler and more stylized than most of the graphics we've seen.)

For typefaces, we are planning to use Raleway and Quattrocento in our website, so we'd need something that would go well with those.
