Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Our network of companies is called : GDB (GDPR-DPO BEAMS).

It is sourced and based in Brussels, Belgium, hosting the EU institutions : designers and enforcers of the GDPR (https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection_en).

We are setting up connected, empowered and visionary-interconnected organizations in each country, region or city concerned by the GDPR.

We have developed unique pedagogical methods, programs, instruments (video, softwares,…) and visionary training skills – initially and on a continuous basis – for the DPO & GDPR consultants.

Our motto is : From Challenges to Opportunities.

Our yearning is : developing soulful teams, join forces & talents with our clients.

We opt for the best available softwares on the market for project management, data analytics, GDPR compliance, DPO assistance and in general : customer relation and enhanced communication between project members.

• We therefore pass each option and - even more so - through the sieve of this inevitable - and values-generating - ethical evaluation.
• In other words, we are doubly satisfied with EVERY solution:
• 1. As a DPO/consultant and advisor to commercial enterprises or non-profit organisations but necessarily entering into a relationship involving financial flows with the persons concerned; and
• 2. As concerned person: target of the actions envisaged, parent, child, citizen and avatar in our digital lives.
• We put personal data at the centre of our projects and internal meetings, and with clients, we therefore continue the stage of brainstorming, researching and visualising ideas in interaction with the Regulation, by analysing the ethical consequences of each option.
• We choose only solutions that are applicable to the greatest number and therefore satisfy us as citizens of an increasingly connected and digital world. We also see the Regulation as a commercial and marketing opportunity to enhance the value of personal data and develop the confidence of those concerned by respect and security in the processing of such data.
• Our ultimate test: we put ourselves in our children's shoes to test the option considered, then comment on it and evaluate it as a parent.
• NO TO INCOMPREHENSIVE LEGAL TERMS... It is simply prohibited from 25 May for all information to be communicated to the persons concerned by the Regulation!
