Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Launching a online mid century furniture business. I'm participating in an antiques fair prior to the website launch. I'd like a 1 page flyer that highlights a sampling of some iconic pieces and invites people to check out the website soon. If possible, I'd also like a Word template for a tear sheet (a one page doc that has the company logo and contact info, a picture of the item, a field for description and dimensions). The following is an example of a tear sheet...http://www.rlsfurnituredesign.com/uploads/2/2/7/5/2275376/apollo_wood_back_arm_chair.pdf. I'd prefer a smaller slot for the image (maybe one side of the page) and a much larger area for description and dimensions (as its vintage furniture I'll need to report on condition).

I've attached a few sample pieces of furniture, the company logo, contact information, and a room that included furniture from the business. The color palette for the business is orange, black, white and gray.
