My name is Dr. Luis Florentino Vázquez Justiniano. I need a business card for my new office located within a hospital. The name of the hospital is "Hospital Zaragoza". Although the hospital logo and name must be included in the business card, please make me a personal logo for myself. The logo might be maybe my name in a stylish font, or my initials (LFVJ) or something like that. Im more inclined to a font logo, rather than a image logo, but a good one might change my mind. The info on my business card is going to be in spanish. The following info must be included please (the info within parenthesis is not to be included, it is provided for you to understand it since it's in spanish, so you can properly place it on the card):

Make it eye-catchy and stylish please. As i said, the hospital logo must be included. You'll find it on the heading of the PDF file i attached, but dont make it the center of attention.
