Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hello everybody, we are looking for an awesome design for our new logo. Our website is a freelancer.com style website (we like the Freelancer.com logo btw). The name of our website is: OutsourceRemote and slogan is: Your Source For Remote Workers. We are looking for something modern but not simple. We are looking for a CUSTOM HAND DRAWN FONT and not a simple one. We like complexity, details, borders, shadows and nice effects. We will like the logo to look good both on a white and color background but since the logo is going to be placed on a really dark blue background (#0271B1 our header) be aware the logo has to be visible on this background (so you can probably use the light blue we are using on our website #54A7D8 as main color for the texts, maybe add a white border to it). The main colors will be #54A7D8 and #FF721C but feel free to add any colors that go along well. We have no idea on what icon to place next to the logo but we would like to incorporate an icon like (freelancer.com has a little bird, although we are not looking for animals.).
