WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for a Wordpress theme for an award winning UK Bed & Breakfast (Guesthouse) www.cottagelodge.co.uk

You will see that the current site is basic and dated, we need a new site that showcases the very high standard of rooms on offer and is geared towards both mobile and desktop browsing.

We would like the colours that have been used in the rooms and building (as seen on the current website) to feature in the design.

We particularly like the look of this accommodation provider website: http://www.thiefholecottages.co.uk

The accommodation is upmarket and the design needs to subtly communicate this.

The accommodation attracts a varied mix of ages so needs to be up scale without being overly modern.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• As the accommodation does not have a logo we need a basic typographic logo incorporated into the design.
  
  Colours of the building and rooms must be integrated into the design in some way.
  
  A bold homepage that allows images of the rooms on offer and key information to be visibale above the fold. The goal of the homepage is for someone to then click Rooms or Prices so calls to action may help here.
  
  Separate designs for a sidebar and full width version of sub pages.
  
  An area that shows off the awards won by the company on all pages and space for testimonials.
  
  The site must enable an easy transition from - homepage - to rooms - to prices with possible call to action buttons in the top right corner on these pages
  
  The site needs to have a Homepage layout, a general sub page layout, and a 'Rooms' page layout which will showcase all rooms available possibly in a grid layout.

Schön zu haben

• Please use some of the images available currently on the website in your mockup, particularly of the building and rooms.

Sollte nicht haben

• No need for any type of booking fields or engine as the booking system will be embedded on a full width page.
