Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new Texas style wood fire BBQ restaurant based in the greater Houston area. We would like to see designs that incorporate black and or red colors, and has the name "Brice's BBQ" incorporated into the logo itself. We have thought about incorporating a Texas style cowboy hat, as Brice usually cooks in one of those, but we are not set on that idea. The logo design should be simple, convey the essence of Brice ( featured in the photo, a country boy who loves making wood style Texas BBQ) and the down home country feel of the restaurant itself.
