Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Our business has been in resaurant and hotel industry for the past 20 years and the company is decided to refresh its logo to a 2.0 version so the LOGO itself can be easily remembered at the first sight.
The restaurant only sells local wild mushroom and there for the current logo looks like a cloud in a mushroom shape (upper part). The wording part (lower part) is the name of the company and if you don't understand the language you can just change it to the word "DJW".
The company has 2 five star hotels and 7 restaurants so the logo will need to be elegant and fine.
Colors can be changed slightly and new colors can be used if necessary.
