T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a t-shirt concept and design targeting women 40-65 years old. The brand mission is to help people live pain-free from terrible foot pain caused by plantar fasciitis. We want to sell a t-shirt that people will be proud to wear. Some of our customers are runners but most are women just trying to do everyday activities but are experiencing such terrible pain they can't do what they need to do.
I would like to see a design using 2 colors max. I'm looking for something clever. I'm not looking for it to be all about our brand. I do want the logo somewhere on the shirt design but it doesn't have to be the main part of the design.
