Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like a new logo for my business. The business name is: The Trauma Academy Northwest, LLC. We provide training and consultation to non-mental health professionals including educators, parents, first responders, and others. Additionally, we have an outpatient mental health wellness clinic providing mental health therapy, massage, and acupuncture to extremely traumatized individuals using body-oriented techniques (not just traditional "talk-therapy"). We believe in holistic treatment because the body holds the memory of our traumatic experiences.

In your proposal, please include a design I can use in wide and square formats, a final logo in multiple file forms including .jpg, .tiff, .eps, and .png as well as monochromatic versions of white over black and black over white and some with no background at all.
