If this is not at all the direction you were looking for,
just eliminate this design. Please avoid leaving star ratings, lower than 4,
in this case as star ratings are about designers,
and finished designs rather than drafts and suggestions.

don't spoil the rating of designers, they spend their time to make your logo

When you leave someone 2 stars, you are punishing them in the Design Crowd rankings (designers are literally dropped by a percentage point or two in instances of less than 3 stars) and this has the effect of discouraging designers from making revisions because why should they risk all that work and time spent on something that is going to harm them?.

In particular, this is worse when you don't even take the time to make a comment on the submitted design and the designer is left wondering. what is it that doesn't work.

If you don't like a design and have nothing to say, it would be better for all concerned if you just ignore it instead of leaving punishing stars.
