Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for our company based out of Rhode Island, and provides hard money bridge loan short term lending. The loan products we are offer, are based solely on the strength of the real estate collateral, and not the financial credit worthiness of the borrower. Our products are designed to support fix and flips, fix refi and holds, and bridge loans extending out capital to take advantage of distressed properties in un-lendable condition for conventional banking , or enable you to close quickly on a profitable cash close.

We ideally would like to see designs in blue. Given Aquidneck is part of RI near the ocean, perhaps some themes which represent the ocean, but a strong and masculine.

Our Target market is developers, contractors, flippers, real estate agents who are sophisticated buyers, have assets, but are looking to borrow funds to do more projects. We are looking to build repeat clientele.
