Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new technology company based in San Francisco called WorkSprint. We provide smart, real-time access to talent. Our technology platform automates all the functions of a traditional staffing firm and provides customers fast, direct access to engage available temporary, temp-to-hire, and permanent talent. We believe finding and engaging workers should be simple and transparent. We are not a job board or another database of job seeker profiles. The most in-demand workers will be available in an open marketplace, secured in advance, and thus able to negotiate higher compensation commensurate with demand and feedback. We service all sizes of companies and our brand should convey trust, knowledge, speed, agility, and innovation. The final design should capitalize the W in Work and the S in Sprint (WorkSprint). We seek a modern design and are open to see what colors and font the designers choose.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• A great stand-alone logo/icon that will be memorable for a mobile app. Must evoke a feeling as we are dealing with people. Keep in mind we are taking a traditional, concerige-like business of staffing services and automating it but at its core it is helping people.

Schön zu haben

• We will be calling our workers "Sprinters" and will be using the terms "Sprint to Work" regularly. We want a logo that creates that feeling. See attached icon of an early concept as an example. People associated it as a running app though. Need to bring the feeling of speed to work.

Sollte nicht haben

• The logo should not feel computer generated or cold. The logo should be more simple and not feel too heavy or dated.
