Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo representing my company.

Working in the Emergency Management field I am looking at a robust and modern logo illustrating that I do Fire, First Aid and Safety work.

In general I am a fire, first aid and safety company that is going for a long lasting brand and symbol that I can transplant and use on other material. Using the symbol on other documents or separately is important to me.

I'm looking for a symbol and clean text in a new style much the same as the new iPhone software displays.
All this is my idea however, I am open to new concepts and ideas. Please review my photos. One is of my own design showing four symbols then the words SafeResponse.
the second are companies I know that have good looking logos. the third is design concepts that have been given to me. I don't mind the symbol one but the two SS shape means nothing in my industry. Maybe something more to the point at indicative of fire, safety and first aid.

Also I want a logo that can say that underneath it.. Fire, safety and First Aid so my clients know what they are getting when they engage my services.
