Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like a logo for my leadership and coaching practice that is centred on my name (conor o' malley) and has a design of a beacon built into it. The idea is that the 'one word' that represents me and my offer is a beacon, which is strong, guides others and is a safe place to be. From there you go on your way once you have found your way. This aligns with my offer in the leadership / coaching marketplace.
I would like the words 'observe differently' built into the logo - perhaps below my name?
My audience / customer base is individuals as well as small and large businesses including multi nationals.
As for a colour, I like the 'St. Andrews flag blue' colour as a Scot and it is already the colour that I am using for my broader business name outlanderexecutive.com. However, that is not fixed in stone.
