CD-Cover-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi,
My name is Tatsoo, a singer. I need a CD cover artwork for my new song "Captain Of Pirates"

I would like to use my real side-face photo as a base and designers to photoshop it into a cool CD cover. I aim to have an illustration type face image.
