Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a Logo for Tian Systems Transformation - a new startup company. Once Logo will be set - I will move to BizCard, stationery and web design.

Here is a brief:
business focus is in Transformational leadership/consultancy group. Focusing on helping mid-size companies go through a needed transformation (due to business challenges, stage in life, change in industry etc.) Key areas of expertise: CxO, HR, Business/sales, operations and logistics, strategy and branding, digital transformation.

Its a new company in setup mode. Not working yet, but will be established from a possible aggregation of few experts in their fields.
Our key focus in the first stage would be to operate in Asia (Singapore) and grow from there.

Brand/Logo guidelines:

I prefer to use a variation of the Chinese word Tian - field (Logo that will have some linkage to that character See enclosed screenshot).
I would like to try and have some connection to that in the logo, could be a design derivative of the actual symbol (maybe representing different skills/solutions we have/provide, where we offer it in a “structure” way…

Brand / Logo should be clean, minimalistic, reflect knowledge, wisdom, expertise, high level business consultancy, global with Asian flavour, and with a hint to digital and advance technology (as we will focus on Digital Transformation work to our clients). Logo should be one or few colors, yet should look good in black and white as well.

Output needed:
Logo and BizCard - priority #1.

Some guidelines for the BizCard:
Having a person’s face picture and possible less orthodox layout can be an option - see enclosed idea. I am happy for it to be vertical like the enclosed - to make it a bit more unique - but I leave it for you to suggest.
The business card should be a two sided card. On one it should have the basic details - name, email, phone number, and website (not developed yet). With or without picture. Other side - can have a tagline or company name.
