Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a film production company looking for our signature logo. Words that might represent the tone that we are going for are: creative yet simple, lighthearted but not too silly.

We are open to suggestions however, we want something that will look good on a big screen/website/business cards, the whole shebang. This logo will eventually be animated and put up in the beginning of a film, so keep this in mind. I do not wish to limit the creativity and therefore am being a bit vague on purpose. Feel free to try with characters or with only text and icon. Open to ideas. Open to both colour or black and white options.

The concept behind our company name is that we have humble roots, have started from the ground up, prefer to use creative problem solving strategies rather than throwing money at issues (in example, fix it with sticky tape!). We are not pretentious but have high ambitions and a clear vision.

Update: We are a bit less fond of just having a film reel as an icon. Every film production company makes films. But what makes our company different? The most successful production companies do not use anything relating to a reel in their logos and icons because it is too obvious. They show something that their company is about..what they stand for..what they want to do...etc. we make films yes, but what makes us different is that we use creativity to solve problems and can make something work from the bottom up...we aren't that fancy but maybe one day we will be. And it will be built upon a foundation of hard work and creative thinking, "a grand for a new cover? ah sure, we can fix that with sticky tape..." but yet we will put the money where we need to, if you get me. Think outside the box. Think Robert Rodriguez "a one man crew" and the ingenious ideas he had to overcome a tiny budget...his creativity is an inspiration to our little starter company.
