Poster-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a safety poster. The poster will be a picture of myself. I am wearing a prosthetic arm. In the hook is a "Lock out tag" I promote safety in the workplace. I am a motivational safety speaker. I want to leave posters after I have talked with companies- but also use these posters as advertisement. So- besides the safety slogan, my information needs to be on there too. (Contact info so someone would know how to get me for a speaking engagement)
I have made a few on my own and they are very popular. I think they could be done much better by a professional.
Some slogans:
Lock out complacency
Choose safety
100% preventable
If you don't think it will happen to you...think again
etc....

These posters are usually hung in workplace environments- break rooms and sometimes safety manager offices.
I like my photo in black and white with the "Lock out tag" in red.
I would also like some in full color.
The size will be 11X17 or something like that- they don't need to be very big- but big enough to be seen.
