I truly don't know. This was initially setup for one designer and now it has all sorts of restrictions on me. I'll reach out to DesignCrowd and see what's going on.

DesignCrowd allowed me to open it back up. Check within a few minutes here. I am still waiting on one intended Designer to join this project and another designer and I have worked hard on one that is very close to being a winner. But you're more than welcome to submit when opened again. Thank you for the heads up.
